A Year of Wonder, Twelve Letters at a Time

Every month, your child will receive a beautifully hand-crafted letter from Mother Christmas, not just at Christmas, but all year long. Each letter arrives in a wax-sealed envelope, created on aged parchment paper, with magical stories and illustrations from the Northern Keep.

Mother Christmas writes of the reindeer's summer training, the elves' springtime workshops, the enchanted gardens where she grows frost-flowers, and the great preparations for Christmas night. Each letter connects children into a living, breathing magical world.

Designed for children aged 3–9 (and christmas lovers of all ages!), each letter is age-appropriate, imaginative, and filled with warmth. Join at any time, this is magic for the whole year, not just December.

Questions for the Keeper

Frequently Asked

Absolutely. The letters are written to be read aloud by a parent or guardian to younger children (3–5), and independently by older children (6+). Many families make a special ritual of reading the letter together, which is part of the magic. In fact for under 5's due to small parts it is advisable to supervise children with their letters.
We will resend any lost letters at no extra charge. Simply contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we shall dispatch a replacement by enchanted first-class post.
To order letters for more than one child, at checkout simply add as many letter packs as you need, then on the page after purchase you can enter the personalisation details for each child — so each child will receive a personalised and unique set of letters tailored to them specifically. Alternatively if you would like all sibling names together on the same letter set, order the one set and complete the form after purchase or email hello@lettersfrommotherchristmas.com immediately after placing your order, with your order number and remind the elves to include your other children's names, birthdays and interests. Mother Christmas says the more the merrier!
Northern Keep Post dispatches letters in the first week of each calendar month. If you order before the 26th, your first letter will be dispatched the following month. Subscriptions received after the 15th will begin the following month. If you would like to delay the start of your letters, there is an option in the checkout page to choose the start month.
You may request to cancel on the day of your order, however after this the magic can not be undone. With personalised items the Northern Keep Post can not offer refunds. We hope you love the letters and welcome your feedback at hello@lettersfrommotherchristmas.com
